Please be sure to click submit at the bottom of the order form.  If you do not select available options on tags, one will be made for you. (ie. hair & clothes)

use your registered name that will be on the tag
 

Enter your tag choices.  Choose a hair color in case your tag order has options.  Gray is not available for all dolls, so make sure you choose a second color just in case if gray is your first choice.  Also remember you are allowed ONE animated tag per month, if you choose two you only get the first choice.  If you enter an incorrect ID number the tag will not be made.

All orders are final, only spelling errors on my part will be corrected.
